Replacing Rocktoberfest, Wurst & Beer Fest Coming In September To West Loop

Replacing Rocktober Beerfest, a festival that celebrates bratwurst, beer and bands is set for early September in the West Loop. Würst Music & Beer Fest will take place Sept. 8-10 near Randolph and Ogden outside the Chicago Journeymen Plumbers Union Hall, 1340 W. Washington Blvd. The festival promises the "tastiest bratwurst in Chicago," Guinness beer and a music lineup featuring Nashville's six-piece guitar band Diarrhea Planet, Kansas indie darlings The Anniversary and Dramatic Lovers as the headliners.
