Lettuce Entertain You’s Bringing Ramen-san to West Loop, and More Intel

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises has plans for a second restaurant in Fulton Market joining Beatrix. Crain’s reported that LEYE is opening a second location of Ramen-san, its River North Japanese spot. Rich Melman and company are eyeing a location at 219 N. Green Street, the same address where Limitless Coffee & Tea plans its flagship. The coffee shop was to have opened over the summer. Crain’s reported that they will share the space. The area already has ramen in the form of High Five Ramen, Ramen Takeya, and Urban Belly. Read More....
