Just days after developer Sterling Bay revealed a plan to construct no less than three high-rise office buildings near the intersection of Green and Wayman, a different developer has filed a zoning application for another office project at nearby 310 N. Sangamon. The 12-story proposal comes from veteran Chicago real estate firm Mark Goodman & Associates and is slated for a site currently occupied by the AmeriGas propane fueling facility. According to Goodman’s paperwork, the development would contain 211,000 square feet of office space, roughly 4,400 square feet of ground floor retail, and off-street parking for 53 vehicles...
