Lettuce Entertain You will open a second outpost of Ramen-san, its River North Japanese noodle restaurant, in the West Loop, sources say, as Rich Melman's restaurant group continues to expand beyond its River North and Lincoln Park strongholds. Ramen-san will take space at 219 N. Green St., a 5,100-square-foot building that will also be home to Limitless Coffee & Tea, a new company started by Protein Bar founder Matt Matros.
