First-of-its-kind defection from downtown's corporate corridor

The corporate cluster in the fast-changing Fulton Market District is adding a new sector: professional services. In a first-of-its-kind defection from Wacker Drive in favor of the former meatpacking corridor, global advisory firm Duff & Phelps has leased nearly 47,000 square feet in a new office building under construction at 167 N. Green St., the company confirmed. The New York-based firm will relocate its Chicago office late next year to the 17-story building from its longtime home at 311 S. Wacker Drive. Read More....
