West Loop block poised for new development, sale

A longtime office landlord next to Ogilvie Transportation Center plans a major renovation and addition to its building while its neighbor looks to cash out after an overhaul of its own. In one of two big moves on the 500 block of Randolph Street, New York-based W.P. Carey plans to build a 100,000-square-foot addition on a vacant lot next to its seven-story loft office building at 150 N.
