Disaster Relief Nonprofit Leases Former Firehouse for First Chicago Location

A 145-year-old firehouse that was converted for office use in 2017 will serve as the first Chicago branch for disaster relief nonprofit organization, Team Rubicon. The Los Angeles-based organization founded by a pair of U.S. Marines agreed to a seven-year lease for the 11,500-square-foot building at 459 N. Wolcott Ave. The West Town property is expected to be completely renovated for the new tenant, with Team Rubicon expected to take occupancy later this year. Read More....
