Every once in a while, a developer will roll out the carpet and make a big announcement of a coming project, however, that is not generally the case in Chicago. Other times, a developer will hatch a plan, throw it on the internet and leave it there for folks to just stumble upon. A reader recently pointed us to a website that indicates that a new luxury townhouse development is coming to 20 N Loomis Street on the Near West Side.
