Chicago-based Foxtrot, a food, beverage and sundry delivery startup, has raised $1.1 million and announced that it will open a second storefront location, in the West Loop, on Nov. 16. The hybrid e-commerce and brick-and-mortar shop will expand to a 1,700-square-foot space at 1019 W.
